Purchases made in the online store www.charm.lv are delivered across Latvia!
All orders placed on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) by 12:00 PM are processed within 2 working days from the receipt of payment.

Please note:
In certain cases, such as pre-holiday periods or during special promotional events, order processing may be delayed. We greatly value your trust and will do our best to process your order as quickly as possible.

Delivery Methods

  • Delivery to a specified address: Have your order delivered to your home or another address of your choice via VENIPAK courier service.
  • Delivery to a parcel locker: Pick up your order from a VENIPAK parcel locker of your choice. Please specify your preferred locker in the order notes.
  • In-store pickup (FREE): Pick up your order at our store at Cēsu Street 23-1B, Riga during its work hours (M-F 9.30-17.30).

Delivery Prices

  • Riga and other Latvian cities: €4.99 (including VAT).
  • Free delivery for purchases over €199.00. 

Important Information

  • On the delivery day, you will receive an SMS notification from the courier. Please contact the courier to arrange the most convenient delivery time.
  • If you choose delivery to a parcel locker, please pick up your package as soon as possible, especially during cold weather.
  • Before confirming your order, carefully check your delivery details.
  • Deliveries are made on working days only.
  • In some cases, our team may contact you to confirm details for a safe and accurate order fulfillment.
